Who handles your information
D&O 3D Designs Ltd is responsible for deciding how information submitted through its website enquiry forms is used. It is used to assess your request, reply to you, prepare a quote or help with an existing enquiry or order.
Information you provide
Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, contact preference, enquiry or order reference, descriptions, measurements, quantities, dates, links, and any photos, PDFs or 3D-design files you choose to attach. The website also processes a short-lived anti-bot verification result and associated network information, such as your IP address, when you submit.
Services involved
Netlify hosts and runs the website submission service. Cloudflare Turnstile performs the bot check, and attached files upload directly to a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. Resend processes the transactional emails sent to D&O and to the email address you provide. File bytes are not sent as email attachments or passed through Netlify.
How long files are kept
Files left in temporary upload storage after an unfinished enquiry become eligible for deletion after 1 day. Files retained for a completed enquiry become eligible for deletion after 90 days. Cloudflare may take up to 24 hours after those points to process lifecycle deletion, so these periods are intended retention windows rather than exact deletion times. D&O may separately keep correspondence or downloaded working files where needed for its normal business records.
Choices and questions
Only provide information and files that are relevant to your enquiry. If you want to ask what information D&O holds about you, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern, use the General Enquiry form. D&O will consider the request in light of the information and obligations that apply at the time.
